稀捍行动公益项目，秉持以文化是连接人与人、人与自然社会环境之纽带的理念，通过“文化梳理、公众教育、融合创新、市场联结”的保护模式，对以传统手工艺为代表的珍贵文化进行系统性恢复与传承，重塑和谐社区。

稀捍行动以打造可持续共赢的公益生态圈模式组聚各界力量，整合政府、院校、企业、媒体、设计、艺术、创意等资源，形成良性可再生的社会公益能量，从学术与设计角度进入，发掘珍贵文化与技艺，融入时代创新思路，重新接轨消费市场，从而推动以传统手工艺为代表的珍贵文化得以真正传承、重获新生，实现可持续的发展，进而为周边人群获得关怀与价值、相生自然社会环境获得关注与改善作出积极的促进。

About XIHAN Action

Firmly believing that culture serves as people-to-people and people-to-nature bonds, the public welfare program XIHAN Action  aims to restore and regenerate cultural heritage embodied in traditional handicrafts, by way of four major patterns, namely culture realignment, public education, integrating creation and market connection.  

With a sustainable and all-win network of the government, academy, enterprise, media, design, artistic and creative forces, and from an academic and design approach, XIHAN Action sets out to explore ancient culture and craftsmanship, to infuse them with modern creativity, and to find new markets for them. In this way, cultural heritage represented by traditional handicrafts can be literally revived and passed on in a sustainable way, which in turn will substantially benefit the craftspeople, the natural environment and the society home to such crafts when due attention is paid.
